Terms and Conditions Payments: Full payments must be made when the delegate space is booked either by email, on the internet or over the telephone.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to the event. At this stage a 50% refund will be given. We regret that no refunds will be paid on cancellations made after this date.
